Large Coil Noise Canceling System (LCNCS) The LCNCS is an extremely low impedance air coil assembly, designed to produce an appropriate noise signal to be subtracted from the noise produced by regular single coil pickups installed on a guitar. The Large Coil is permanently placed in a tiny channel machined around the pickups under the existing guitar pickguard. The single coil noise is effectively eliminated while the natural single coil tone retains unaltered. The LCNCS is all passive circuitry and it doesn't require a battery. LCNCS is designed for noise cancellation of single coil pickups having resistance from about
5-6Kohm
up to 12KOhm. 1. All single coil pickups need to be same magnetic polarity and same winding direction (NO RWRP) 2.
